My passion is helping individuals and organizations 'move the needle' by helping them slow time down and adopt new ways of seeing their world.  Ways that open possibilities that didn't exist before; often pivotal to getting unstuck and growing their career and their business. 

Coaching is a vehicle to leverage the mindfulness training to its full potential.  It is part of the support necessary to make things work and stick – for you.  Coaching supports you to learn what works for you, customizing solutions based on your strengths, your values and your goals.  It is an accelerator that enhances people's ability to apply the tools and skills in a variety of work scenarios.
